The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has extended the due date of Form 11 of FY 2021-22 till 15th July 2022. The said decision has been taken amidst of the problems being faced by the Professionals and Stakeholders while filing the Form 11 due to the launching of the New LLP filing portal.
However, no decision has been taken in respect of the extension of Form DPT 3 for FY 2021-22.
