The Income Tax Department vide circular dated 25th April 2024 has extended the due date for filing of Form No. 10A/10AB till 30-06-2024.
The due date for filing the Forms have been extended for even those cases in which the Principal Commissioner has passed an order rejecting such application, on or before the issuance of this circular, solely on account of the fact that the application was furnished after the due date or that application has been furnished under the wrong code.
