Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide General Circular No. 04/2022 has relaxed the additional fee for filing the Form 11 for Limited Liability Partnership (LLPs) till 30-06-2022 i.e. LLPs can file the Form 11 for the FY 2021-22 till 30-06-2022 without the payment of any additional fee.
The due date for filing the Form 11 in the case of LLPs is 31-05-2022 and afterwards there is a late fee. By this General Circular, the LLPs will get the time of 1 month to file the Form 11.
