The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has allowed the stakeholders to file certain forms through the physical mode vide General Circular No. 05/2023 published on 22nd February 2023 till 31-03-2023. In recent times, the stakeholders have been facing the issues in the filing of the forms. In response to that, the MCA has already extended the timeline to file those 45 e-forms along with Form PAS 3 till 31-03-2023 without payment of any additional fee. Now, in further relief to the Stakeholders, the MCA has allowed the following forms to be filed manually :-
- Form GNL 2
- Form MGT 14 relating to resolutions of prospectus related documents and private placement
- PAS 3
- SH 8
- SH 9
- SH 11
Such filing will be accompanied by an undertaking from the Company that the Company shall also file the relevant form in electronic form on MCA 21 along with the fee payable as per the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014.
