The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has notified the General Circular No. 18/2020 in which the relaxation has been given to the Companies whose Financial year ends on 31st December 2019 to hold the Annual General Meeting within 9 months from the end of the Financial Year and the same shall not stand as violation.
