The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Act 2021

On 11th August 2021, the President of India has assented the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Act 2021 which shall be deemed to have come into force on 4th April 2021. The brief amendments are as follows:-
