Notification No. 91/2020 – Central Tax – CBIC extends the due date of compliance falling on 29th November and 30th November to 30th March and 31st March 2021 respectively

GST rate notifications

The CBIC on 14th December 2020 has notified the Notification No. 91/2020 – Central Tax in which it has exercised the powers given in Section 168A of the CGST Act. By exercising this power, the due date of the compliances which falls dues on 29th November and 30th November 2020 have been extended to 30th March 2021 and 31st March 2021 respectively.
