The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has extended the due date of the filing of DIR 3 KYC and DIR 3 KYC WEB. Currently, the due date is 30th September 2022. Due to the complexity in the filing of the Forms as well as the over lapping of the dates of Audit Report submission. The MCA has extended the due date to 15th October 2022for the filing of DIR 3 KYC and DIR 3 KYC WEB without the payment of any additional fee.
