The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), on 21st February 2023, has further extended the time limit for filing the 45 Company e forms, Form PAS 03 and SPIC+ Part A till 31-03-2023 without any additional fee.
In the recent time, the stakeholders have been experiencing various problems while filing the Company e forms. So, in order to give them the additional time as well as stabilizing the portal, this extension has been given keeping in view the benefit of the stakeholders.
