The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has issued the General Circular No. 6/2022 in which it has been notified that all the LLP filings, the due date of which falls between 25th February 2022 to 31st May 2022, can be filed till 30th June 2022 without the payment of any additional fee.
