As earlier notified on 20th August 2019 by the CBIC regarding the extension of the due date of filing of GSTR 3B for the month of July 2019 from 20th August 2019 to 22nd August 2019 in view of the technical glitches being observed. Now, in view of providing relief to the taxpayers of flood affected regions of the various states and for the the registered persons located in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. The CBIC has notified to extend the due date of filing of GSTR 3B for the month of July 2019 to 20th September 2019 vide Notification no. 37/2019-Central tax dated 21st August 2019.
