The provisions of TDS/TCS and applicability of RCM provisions which have been deferred in the 26th GST Council meeting held on 10th March 2018 for 3 months till June 2018, has once again deferred the said provisions and applicability for another 3 months i.e. September 2018.
The notification providing the deferment shall be posted soon on the GST website.
