Relaxation of additional fees and extension of last date of filing of form BEN-2 and BEN-1

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has extended the last date of filing of BEN-2 and BEN-1 forms has been extended from 30-09-2019 to 31-12-2019 vide General circular no. 10/2019 dated 24th September 2019.
