The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has issued the General Circular No. 06/2021 dated 03rd May 2021. In view of the COVID 19 pandemic, it has been stated that the Companies and LLP whose forms filing have been due between 01st April 2021 to 31st May 2021 (other than CHG -1, CHG – 4 and CHG – 9) shall now have the option to file the same till 31-07-2021 without the payment of any additional fee. Accordingly on filing of such forms till 31st July 2021, only normal fee shall be applicable.
