MCA notifies the procedure and extended due date for filing Form DIR 3 e-KYC

Form DIR 3 E KYC

Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has notified the procedure and extended due date for filing Form DIR 3 e-KYC in the form of Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Third Amendment Rules 2019 and Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Fourth Amendment Rules 2019 respectively.
