The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has notified amendments to Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 in which it has been clarified the rules to be followed while applying the names of the Proposed Company. It also specifies the words which needs the approval of the Central Government before applying the name of the proposed company. Below is the said notification :-
