The Securities Exchange Board of India rationalises certain regulations which may be called as Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 which will come into force on April 01, 2019.
The amendment mainly deals with the insertion of Schedule C which states “Minimum Standards for Code of Conduct for Intermediaries and Fiduciaries to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Person”.
