The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has amended the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules 2014. In the Rules, a new sub rule (3) has been inserted after sub rule (2) which states that the following particulars in respect of the members of the company shall not be made available for any inspection under section 94(2) or for taking extracts or copies under section 94(3):-
a. address or registered address
b. email ID
c. Unique Identification Number
d. PAN
