In exercise of the powers conferred by section 42, read with the sub- sections (1) and (2) of sections 469 of the Companies Act , 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Rules, 2014 may be called Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Rules , 2018.
Rule 14 containing Private Placement of the Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Rules , 2014 shall be substituted with Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Rules, 2018 and Form PAS-4 is amended accordingly.
